Walk for the Animals 2016

AHS Volunteers Rock!

Dear Volunteers,

I hope you will join our 2016 Walk for the Animals "AHS Volunteers Rock!" team, to walk in a show of comaraderie, and to help the Atlanta Humane Society in its mission to save the lives of homeless animals, and care for them until they find loving homes and families of their own.

Show your volunteer spirit by donning your red AHS t-shirt and join me on the team and participate in the 2016 Walk for the Animals. A sea of 100+ red t-shirts leading the charge would be an awe-inspiring sight and a proud moment for the volunteer program at both AHS campuses.

If not able to attend, please consider helping us reach our goal by joining the team and setting up a personal fundraising page to tell your story and those of the animals you love. Or, donate to my page or that of one of your fellow volunteers.

AHS will adopt out more than 8,000 dogs and cats this year, and spay or neuter more than 12,000 animals, reducing our animal overpopulation and the inhumane conditions that brings to the area.

Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Together we make a difference and save more helpless animals.

On behalf of the animals we can serve and save together, thank you team!

From the animals –
